Cast Iron Scrubber

The cast iron scrubber is a great tool for cast iron clean up. Made from stainless steel chainmail, it helps get the stuck on caramelized food from the pan from that glorious dinner last night. Add a little soap + water (soap is fine on cast iron, we promise) and scrub away! Then toss the scrubber in the dishwasher to polish and degrease. 100% more sanitary than using a sponge or those metal springy scrubbers that trap and hold onto the food.
