THE ONE AND ONLY
If you prioritize food and the kitchen is the heart of your home, this is a tool you shouldn't live without.
We had a vintage wood mortar and pestle that was less then useful. Weight and balance are big proponents to how easy your mortar and pestle grind or crush. This low base bowl shape is great for serving fresh guacamole or spooning out summer pesto along with creating nice surface area for grinding every last fennel seed or cardamom pod.
Mortar and pestles have great versatility. We have yet to find a more effective, stunning kitchen tool than this. With its high-fired porcelain surface it cleans easily leaving little to no stain behind (hello turmeric!).
