A wide chocolate brown stripe woven into soft white linen.
Linen breathes. That is the whole case for it in a shared bed, where one person sleeps hot and the other sleeps in wool socks. The open weave lets air move through instead of trapping it, so the same sheet works in August and January. It still has weight to it, and it settles over you instead of sliding around the way thin cotton does. If you have heard linen is fussy, this is not that. Every piece is pre-washed in a natural enzyme bath, so it arrives broken in rather than stiff. It does not need ironing, because the soft wrinkles are the look. Oil spots come out with a drop of dish soap, and a day in the sun lifts most of the rest.
The cloth is 100% European flax, woven at 165 GSM and crafted in Portugal, and it is OEKO-TEX certified. The truffle stripe is wide and dark chocolate brown, woven into a soft white ground rather than printed on top of it, so the pattern is part of the cloth and wears the way the rest of the sheet does. The fitted sheet is finished with a continuous elastic seam and cut generously for a 16 inch mattress, so it goes on without a fight and stays on. Every piece is sold on its own. Buy the fitted, the flat, or both, and add to it over time.
How To Use
Key Features
Woven Truffle Stripe A wide dark chocolate stripe woven into a soft white ground, not printed, so it ages with the cloth.
100% European Flax, Crafted in Portugal Long-fiber flax woven at 165 GSM, substantial enough to feel like something and open enough to breathe.
Enzyme Pre-Wash Each piece is washed in a natural enzyme bath before it ships, so it feels broken in from the first night.
Temperature Regulating The woven structure circulates air, which is why one sheet works year round and suits sleepers who run different temperatures.
Continuous Elastic Fitted Seam Elastic runs the full perimeter of the fitted sheet for an even, secure hold on a 16 inch mattress.

Why We Chose It
Our love for linen started with vintage summer tanks, baking aprons, and kitchen towels that got better the longer we used them. Flax does something most fibers do not: it softens instead of wearing out, and the weave holds its shape for years of washing. This one is made from European flax and crafted in Portugal, where the textile tradition runs deep and the finishing shows it. Buy one piece, then another, and it becomes the bed you keep coming back to.
