What is a Hori Hori?

Japanese blacksmiths have upped the game on the most useful and adaptable of tools, the Hori Hori.

The sharpened edge is perfect for cutting through roots and woody stems, while the straight side is well suited for harvesting herbs, lettuce or tulip bulbs by the handful. For larger weed whacking, you can wield the hori hori like a machete, slicing through dense mats of knotweed, kudzu, or simply digging up dandelions, whatever else might plague your yard.  Japanese craftsmanship is the best!
