Shipping / Returns
We will work tirelessly to package and ship out your order within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email once your order has shipped and include a provided tracking number. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. MST will be packaged and shipped starting the following business day.
Currently, we ship to USA only due to our sweet, small operation here in Missoula, MT. We consciously package your Three Bales treasures with recycled packaging or compost-friendly materials in hopes to inspire you to save and stow away the twine and paper for use in your home. You never know when you need a bit of string to tie up that party sign or some brown paper to lay down on your rug before you start that midnight painting masterpiece.
We currently use ShipStation to process our online orders and they coordinate best rates with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping costs are determined by weight and shipping dimensions of order.
Sales tax applicable to your state and calculated at checkout.
Your package is insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Follow your tracking number to know when its due to arrive. Front porch package sitting is tricky and its always a good idea to pick up your high-value treasure at the carrier if you can manage.
Our package carriers work tirelessly now that online ordering is accessible and preferred but none of us can influence the weather so unexpected shipping delays caused by uncontrollable events will need a little bit of patience from us all.

Returns + Exchanges//
We want you to be completely in full swoon of your Three Bales purchase! These home goods are investments and should steal your heart at first touch. If you aren’t, we will happily exchange or refund any of those items that didn’t win your love, granted they are in the original condition you received them. We sympathize with the experience of receiving something from online shopping that doesn’t quite meet your hopes and dreams and want to encourage returns to the store if you are local. For our beloved non-local customers, it is your responsibility to repack and ship the item(s) back to us.
Returns or Exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase. Returns can only be made back to the original form of payment, such as no cash refunds on card purchases. If returning a gifted item we can only refund the card used for original purchase or give store credit. If returning or exchanging an item from an online order please include receipt of item purchased in the package before sending it back. In-store returns we can happily look up by purchaser's name if you are in our system. If you are not, please bring your receipt.
For online orders shipping cost will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bedding, pillows, bath linens, soap, or other personal use items once they have left the store due to hygienic reasons.
All special order bedding has a strict no return policy due to our small shop size and inventory limitations. So please take great care in considering a color to order.
